WHERE DOES YOUR VOLUNTEER CHECK GO?
We ask for a $150 volunteer deposit from each family at the
time of registration. Once each family puts in their volunteer
time at our annual "Traveling Fast Pitch Bobber Tournament", the
weekend of June 9th and 11th , then they will receive their check back before the end of the season. |

Our goal this year is to have you all set up for your volunteered time slot by the end of April. You can access the
Volunteer Signup here. We ask that you please pick a time slot that works best for you by the end of April. This will be first come, first serve. We ask that you then, confirm your time slot no later than May 19th by either sending an email to one of the tournament directors below, or a phone call, if you do not have access to email. If we do not see your name on the volunteer sign up sheet, or do not get a confirmation call or email from you, we will assume you will not be available to work and will forfeit your $150 check.
WHAT HAPPENS TO YOUR FORFEITED MONEY?
We will be bringing in outside help to work your time slot that you signed up for. Your check will be cashed and will help pay for that. We Board Members have many other responsibilities that we need to fulfill which will not allow us to work double shifts at the tournament. To make this a successful tournament, we will be in need of your help!
If you have any questions regarding this, please don't hesitate to contact the Bobber Tournament Director. We will do our best to answer any questions or concerns you may have.

Volunteer opportunities are available for either:
- Saturday or Sunday of the Bobber Tournament (12U & 14U
Fields or 10U Fields) June 7th and 8th,
- The In-House Tournament - 8U on July 19th and 10U on August
2nd
